Information Collection and Use.
To use our Website, we may request that you provide us with information (including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, and email address) so you can request information and communicate with us. For certain services, we may request additional information. We then create an account number for you within our system.
We store any information you provide through our Website or in any other way including, but not limited to, email, telephone, or other communications with us. If you contact us for support, we will keep an internal record of what support was provided.
We do use the information you provide directly or indirectly to contact you regarding changes to our Website or to respond to your information requests or other communications.
We use information gathered from you and others (such as for example, your IP address, operating system used) from our Website to create statistics in order to help diagnose problems with our servers (hardware and software) and to better administer our Website. We also gather general demographic information from this data in order to allow us to better administer and improve our Website and, in general, make your utilization of our Website and the services provided easier and more enjoyable. Other than to prevent fraud or abuse, this is not linked to any PII.
This Website does contain links to other websites, but we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.
This Website has security features to protect against the loss, misuse, theft, or alteration of the information in our system. When you enter certain sensitive information (for example, your email address information) on our communication forms, we use secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt the transmission of that information.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us both during its transmission and once we have received it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method is one hundred percent (100.0%) secure, and we cannot guarantee its security.
We use emails for a variety of communication purposes: to communicate with you and to provide information of multiple sorts to you. We facilitate your contacting us by providing email links throughout the Website so that you can contact us more easily and directly. Our goal is to reply promptly to your communications.
Your communications and the information they contain may be stored and utilized for a multitude of purposes including, but not limited to, improving our Website or responding to your communications, and the information they contain may be discarded once reviewed.
Third Party Service Providers
Upon occasion, we may provide information about you to third parties. These third parties may need the information to provide various services to you and/or on our behalf such as providing services, or performing analyses of our services, customer satisfaction and demographics. We only share such information as is necessary for that third party to perform the requested service. These third parties are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing, or using your PII for any other purpose.
Google Analytics is a tool which gathers information about the use of our Website. It collects such information as the frequency of use, pages visited, and what websites visitors come from prior to our Website. Google Analytics identifies visitors to our Website only by the IP address the visitor used on the date he or she visited our Website, and it does not use their name or other information to identify them.
However, Google Analytics does place a permanent cookie on your web browser which uniquely identifies you to us for that initial visit and subsequent ones. This cookie cannot be used by anyone except Google, Inc. The cookie collects the information and then transmits it to Google where it is stored on servers in the United States.
Our purpose in using Google Analytics to obtain this information is only in order that we may improve our services. We do not correlate this information with any PII.
Supplementation of Information
For certain services we provide to you, on occasion we may obtain or receive supplemental information about you from third party sources (such as from our strategic partners, other service providers, or the U.S Postal Service). Our purposes for doing so are to improve our ability to meet your needs and serve you.
Transfer of Data Abroad
Our servers are all located in the U.S.A. If you are visiting our Website from another country, your communications with us will most likely result in transferring information across international borders. Your use of this Website and communicating with us electronically constitutes consent to such transfers.

We also cooperate with private parties which help us to do so. We will disclose any information about you to government, law enforcement agencies, or private parties we believe (in our sole judgment) necessary or appropriate in order to respond to claims and any legal process (for example and without limitation, subpoenas) so as to protect the property and the rights of ourselves and/or third parties, to prevent or stop activity we consider (again, in our sole judgment) to be illegal or unethical. To the extent necessary (again, in our sole judgment) to comply with the rules, regulations, and policies, of ICANN, we also will share information with them.
To the extent we are legally permitted, we will take reasonable stops to provide you with notice that we are being required as part of a legal process to release your information to any third party.
