Integrous LLC (“Integrous” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects your privacy, and we want to keep your trust.


This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect and use the Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) you provide on our Website, (“Website”).  This Privacy Policy also gives you the choices you have regarding our use of your PII and how you can access and update that information.


Other than as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not give any information about you to others without your express prior permission.


Information Collection and Use.


To use our Website, we may request that you provide us with information (including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, and email address) so you can request information and communicate with us.  For certain services, we may request additional information.  We then create an account number for you within our system.

We do use cookies on both our Website so that we can better administer the Website.  We use cookies to identify you thus letting you avoid having to log in each time you come visit our Website.   In turn, these cookies are linked to your customer number in our system which is associated with the information in your account.


This Website does contain links to other websites, but we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.




This Website has security features to protect against the loss, misuse, theft, or alteration of the information in our system.  When you enter certain sensitive information (for example, your email address information) on our communication forms, we use secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt the transmission of that information.


We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us both during its transmission and once we have received it.  However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method is one hundred percent (100.0%) secure, and we cannot guarantee its security.


Sending Emails


We use emails for a variety of communication purposes:  to communicate with you and to provide information of multiple sorts to you.  We facilitate your contacting us by providing email links throughout the Website so that you can contact us more easily and directly.  Our goal is to reply promptly to your communications.


Your communications and the information they contain may be stored and utilized for a multitude of purposes including, but not limited to, improving our Website or responding to your communications, and the information they contain may be discarded once reviewed.


Third Party Service Providers

Google Analytics


Google Analytics is a tool which gathers information about the use of our Website.  It collects such information as the frequency of use, pages visited, and what websites visitors come from prior to our Website.  Google Analytics identifies visitors to our Website only by the IP address the visitor used on the date he or she visited our Website, and it does not use their name or other information to identify them.


However, Google Analytics does place a permanent cookie on your web browser which uniquely identifies you to us for that initial visit and subsequent ones.  This cookie cannot be used by anyone except Google, Inc.  The cookie collects the information and then transmits it to Google where it is stored on servers in the United States.


Our purpose in using Google Analytics to obtain this information is only in order that we may improve our services.  We do not correlate this information with any PII.

Supplementation of Information


For certain services we provide to you, on occasion we may obtain or receive supplemental information about you from third party sources (such as from our strategic partners, other service providers, or the U.S Postal Service).  Our purposes for doing so are to improve our ability to meet your needs and serve you.


Transfer of Data Abroad


Our servers are all located in the U.S.A.  If you are visiting our Website from another country, your communications with us will most likely result in transferring information across international borders.  Your use of this Website and communicating with us electronically constitutes consent to such transfers.

To the extent we are legally permitted, we will take reasonable stops to provide you with notice that we are being required as part of a legal process to release your information to any third party.

We reserve the right to change, add, delete, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.  If there are any changes, additions, deletions, or modifications of this Privacy Policy, we will post them to this Privacy Policy and any other places we may deem appropriate (in our sole judgment).   If there should be any material changes, additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, we will provide notice of such  to you either here, by email, or by means of a notice on the home page of our Website (at our sole discretion) at least thirty (30) days prior to their implementation.
