Integrous Founder Named Chairman of Scripture@Work, Inc.
Integrous Founder Paul Michalski recently joined the Board of Scripture@Work, Inc. (“S@W”) to serve as its new Chairman. S@W is a non-profit organization committed to serving workplace communities by facilitating Biblical learning that encourages marketplace transformation.
It was originally incorporated in 2019 as Faith in FS, Inc. to bring together faithful workers in the financial services industry in New York City, eventually piloting what are now called S@W Groups under the name Faith in Financial Services (FiFS).
Over time, the original FiFS groups grew to include faithful workers from other industries as well as faithful workers outside New York City. In addition, the FiFS group model began to be used by other groups, such as Employee Resource Groups in major corporations.
To reflect and embrace this broader interest and need, in 2024 the name of Faith in FS, Inc. was changed to Scripture@Work, Inc., with FiFS groups becoming the first S@W Groups. With the new name, the vision and mission of the organization was expanded to serve workplace communities everywhere in all industries.
As part of the rebranding, S@W also reconstituted its board. Paul is honored to serve on the new S@W Board with Heather Atria, Jeff Cave, Sumi Kim, Will Messenger, Andy Mills, and Adriana Salazar.
